Because seeking true happiness while out being out of integrity is like building a house without a foundation.\u00a0 It may look nice for short time, but because it&#8217;s got a weak base it will quickly fall apart.<br \/>\n<strong>What is Integrity?<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Integrity is&#8230; <\/em>The ability to notice the difference between the truth you know and the truth you live.<br \/>\n<em>Integrity is&#8230; <\/em>What you do when nobody&#8217;s watching.<br \/>\n<em>Integrity is&#8230; <\/em>When ethics, honesty, and consistency all collide in one place: you.<br \/>\n<em>Integrity is&#8230;.<\/em> When Think = Say = Do<br \/>\n<em>Integrity is&#8230; <\/em>The quality or state of being entire or complete; wholeness<br \/>\n<em>Integrity is&#8230; <\/em>A very nice balance of self respect and confidence<br \/>\n<em>Integrity is&#8230; <\/em>Being consistent with one&#8217;s values or belief system<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/theexecutivehappinesscoach.com\/files\/2009\/02\/Venn_diagram.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"176\" height=\"166\" \/><strong>Reflection for you: <\/strong>picture three interlocking circles: What you Think, What you Say, and What you Do.\u00a0 The place where those three circles interect in the middle &#8212; that is integrity.\u00a0 And if there is any discrepancy between the three, the circles will NOT intersect &#8212; there will be a gap.\u00a0 Consider where your thinking, speaking, and behavior are out of line.
